Southern Pressed originated from a serendipitous moment between friends turned business partners, Keya Grant and Chef Mark Phillips. As Chef Mark was working on content for his cookbook in Keya’s kitchen, Chef Mark introduced lavender olive oil, sparking Keya's enthusiasm with a simple remark, "Let's create our own olive oil with relatable yet unique flavors!” What began as a casual conversation blossomed into a year-long journey of meticulous research, trial and error, flavor refinement, bottle curation, and recipe enhancements. Now, in 2024, Southern Pressed is poised to share its carefully crafted creations with the world.
